When I opened the app, right after purchasing it, there was a loud high pitched hissing sound, which continued to be present even after closing and re-opening the app... and when I tried to seek support I found that I have to spend my time going through the hassle of signing up with this company, offering my email address, and setting up a product registration, etc. just to contact a tech support person. So now, until I find the time to deal with this, I presently having an unusable app taking up space on my iPad. When I purchase a product, I expect that product to work without me having to waste time contacting people to get it to work. Very disappointed with this experience.
