Handwriting App doesnt work.

The handwriting app only allows the writing to show up for a few seconds, which obviously makes it useless.
After contacting customer service I was told the problem was noted and that it would be fixed, but they couldnt give me a timeframe. That was several weeks ago. Obviously selling me an app and getting my money is a high priority for Presonus; ensuring the app functions properly is not.
Dont waste your money here.
