I bougt this app but i cant download, please solve the problem..

I bought the violins but violins have piano sound..What can i do about that?

Easy, intuitive and yet very powerful! I can catch my ideas on sheet very fast. Worth its price definitely.

App crashes everytime i use selection circle.... And no open hi hat in drum kit...

хотелось бы обновленный дизайн. рассматривая к покупке в данный момент приложение подобного рода, обратил бы внимание на что-то другое. так-же есть некоторые графические недоразумения. например передвигая ноты по нотному стану вверх или вниз они двигаются ступенчато, одна половинка ноты догоняет другую. I would like an updated design. considering for purchase at this time of such application, would pay attention to something else. so there are some misunderstandings graphics. such as moving the notes on the stave upwards or downwards they move in steps, one half of the notes to overtake the other.

Everything is good. But theres no compatibility between iPad and Mac. It would be awesome if I began work on iPad and continue on Mac and vice versa. Please create app for Mac! And please add Russian language.

I want to return my money for this app full of bugs. So i bought it for sheet music editing and found that app very imperfect. Here is a short list of problems I have: 1. There is no metronome switch for playback (I can hear metronome click only when im recording) 2. Select tool always misclicking (I shall click on display 10 or more times to move region selector) 3. Terrible latency while recording from external MIDI device 4. Mismatching of the metronome and time signature on recording (when i try to record something live i hear 3/4 metronome click instead of 4/4 which is applied to track) 5. Problem with switching notes between upper and lower voices 6. Problem with setting note length when editing notes 7. Problem with setting triplets when editing notes and more... So these problems make this app impossible for a peaceful and productive work. I can not wait until the application developers will correct all errors and bugs. I just want my money back. p.s. I think it would be nice to offer developers to add a free preview version of this app to avoid bad reviews, and for users to understand for what they pay

The App works very well, but two bars per line makes the lay out of any extracted parts of the score unuseful...

- ability to transpose notes - ability to apply all kind of articulation to a selection of notes - iCloud or cloud sync (I had to delete the app and reinstall it and I lost all my projects) - export multiple file format at the same time to: Dropbox, email, iTunes - scroll view - midi out master and slave to control notion 4 or other DAWs - note selection must be improved + bug: when I try to grab a trill, the tool is over the edge of the screen... Thanks, good work!

Please introduce the possibility to enter multiple voices on the same staff, or overlap multiple layers. Thanx, Gianpaolo

If youre serious about notation, Notion is hands down the best music notation app for ipad... Beautiful looking and complete, Im impressed!

Its really really really difficult to download instruments sounds!!!!!!!!

Handwriting is a great tool but when writing triplets it doesnt work. Its impossible to write two or more triplets in a row. If I write a triplet and then a quarter note ( or something else) the triplet disappear. :( Please correct these terrible bug and then youll have 4 stars

I wish there was a way to increase/decrease chord font sizes.

Ive been looking around to find a solid music notation app for the iPad and this is the best so far. I would love to see some more updates even if its just monthly... The app just doesnt feel 100% great. I hope you will understand what I mean and have big plans ahead!

The app is fantastic for composing on the go, and you’ll get quite a good feel for the music with the sounds it produces even if occasionally those sounds aren’t as top notch as you might expect (though I have no complaints). Considering the power included in the app, it’s a great value for money, and the bundles aren’t overly expensive. Sure, some interface elements could be greatly improved, but overall, this is a perfect notation app, imho. You can even record or actually hand write the music. I would guess that my only real complaints (apart from some minor interface and usability annoyances) are the time it took to download all the instruments (from the ALL Bundle), and that suddenly, after a while, and for no particular reason, it forced me to download all of the instruments again (waste of time –not cool), and that it crashes predictably when using certain instruments and articulations (though it saves often, thankfully). Also, the handwriting, though amazing, can be a bit gimmicky. In conclusion, if youre looking for an app to compose music with, this is definitely it (and you can open the files on the desktop version as well which is awesome). It may be a bit confusing or overwhelming for those that don’t know music, but in my experience, even those with some concept of written music will get the gist of it and would enjoy using it. If you’re a professional, you’re probably already using this app. :)

I just purchased the app. I immediately feel deceived. I purchased an iPad Pro thinking that this would be the perfect setting for a notation app that took advantage of the pencil. The app is $9.99. In order to use a clarinet sound, another $.99. In order to try the handwriting feature........you guessed it more money. Another $7.99. This is an app that will clearly nickel and dime you to death. If I had the chance to try those features for free, even for a limited amount of time, then I could evaluate if this app is truly worth the money. I will cut my losses and delete this app.

I bought this product for one simple use. Play midi file and change tempo. It takes a long time to open the MIDI file. Tempo control is buried in some deep down menu. The app may have functionalities, however, most simple tasks are hard to use. Did I mention it crashes a lot!

Sneaky ways to grab more cash. In-app purchases on almost every instrument. Would not recommend.
